Please read our Shipping, Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand our policies regarding shipping, delivery, returns, and cancellations.


Once we receive your payment, we will process your order and ship it out within 24 hours. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.


Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery for orders of $150 USD or more.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item(s) to request a replacement or refund. We only accept returns for damaged items during transit, and you must provide pictures of the damaged product(s) and the order number. To initiate a return, please email us at


Return Process:

Once we approve the return, you must return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ship the return with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.


We will credit your account within two weeks of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that refunds are subject to inspection of the returned item(s) and may be denied if the item(s) do not meet the return policy requirements.


If you need to make an adjustment or cancellation, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modifications after the order is placed. We usually ship within 24 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
